Going Home Based

Posted by mauigem on November 29, 2008

home_workplaceEverybody might have heard this before, but definitely, one can start a profitable home-based business. This doesn’t happen overnight though. You will need to do tons of hard work, but it is worth it. I am one living proof.

I’ve run my own home-based business for the last 2 years. I basically gave up what I did for a living (an employee in a nice pair of shoes and seemingly gorgeous clothing!) and created a website. It took a year of working part time and working on my site and others, but I was finally able to work at home full time.

What I learned after starting my own business?

Only this… you don’t need to reinvent the wheel. I wanted to do everything bigger and better than people in the industry I belong. I was a bit sure I knew better (I just thought so ^^). Finally, when I was tired of waiting for my profits to catch up to my expenses, I decided to start following in the footsteps of people who were doing exactly what I wanted to do… then, it started to pay off the price.

Here in Cosmolife, from time to time, you will find detailed information on how to start various home-based businesses. I WILL BE POSTING THEM SOON FOR YOU TO READ FOR FREE!

Working by yourself is possible. The first thing you need to do is DO SOMETHING. Please don’t just read the info you find here and then do nothing but discuss it over a cup of coffee. Take what you learn and start your business! You won’t lose weighting sitting on the couch talking about how you are going to start exercising “tomorrow”. You can’t start a business discussing it endlessly but never taking that first step. The first few steps are the hardest, but make working on your business a daily habit.
