If your guy came home with a perfume splashed shirt, you would probably tell yourself he was ambushed while walking through a department store. You blindly trust your man and overlook it whenever he does anything questionable. But there is more to your behavior. You do not want to look like a possessive girlfriend or wife who is always checking up on him. Honestly, we all have fear that if we dig up too deep, we might get hurt. It is human nature not to like to hear bad news, so you deal with that by not confronting him on anything that could potentially prove that your man is not devoted. It would be too difficult and may end your relationship with him.
But you are making yourself suffer by holding out your instinct. Listen to your gut more. Sure, being out for three nights in a row and maybe meeting up with girl pals do not really matter to you. Don’t be a dumb. At the very least, send him a message that you will not let him take advantage of you. Find out what he is really going through and if he gets mad with you for raising up the issue, you may begin to realize he is not the right guy for you anyway.
