Get Rid of that Bulge

A lot of men and women nowadays are fascinated of looking better. Flat Ab is a craze. Here are some fab ab workout to master.

Alternating Crunch

Lie flat on your back with your arms extended overhead, legs straight. Contract your abs and in one move, lift your right leg and left arm straight up and stretch your left hand as far up and stretch your left hand as far as you can toward your right foot. Return to starting position and switch sides.

Vertical spike

Lie on your back with a chair behind your head. Hold on to the legs of the chair, and lift your legs straight up, feet flexed. Tighten your abs as you lift your butt 6 to 10 inches off the ground. Hold for two seconds and then slowly roll back to starting position on at a time.

The Penguin

Lie your back, arms at your sides, palms up, feet flat. Contract your abs and lift your torso 6 to 10 inches. Reach your right arm toward your right foot. Keep your torso lifted and return to center. Switch sides.

Homemade Trail Mix

Toss together a whole wheat slice of bread, nuts, and raisins. The combo will satisfy sweet and salty cravings.

Veggies and Salsa

Carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers are practically no calorie and they are great for dipping.

Mixed Fruit

Slice up a cantaloupe, honeydew, and apples. They are packed with water so you’ll stay hydrated and feel full.

Lettuce Wraps

Counting carbs? Nix the bread and wrap romaine (more fiber) around the grilled chicken. Add hummus for flavor.

Pita Chips

For a greaseless chip, sprinkle olive oil and garlic powder onto a pita. Bake at 250 degrees till hard. Break into pieces.
